Use the Platform Lawfully
You must use BidKit in compliance with applicable laws, payment rules, privacy obligations, consumer protection requirements, intellectual property laws, and anti-spam and anti-fraud standards.
No Fraud, Deception, or Payment Abuse
Do not create false businesses, impersonate others, misstate prices or fees, submit unauthorized payment requests, or use the platform to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive transactions.
Protect Accounts and Systems
Do not share credentials improperly, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or interfere with the operation of the platform or its providers.
Respect Privacy and Confidentiality
Do not misuse, sell, scrape, expose, or unlawfully share client, business, or platform data. Only access information that you are authorized to access for legitimate business purposes.
No Harassment or Spam
Do not use the platform to send spam, abusive messages, threats, or unwanted communications, and do not use public document links or email tools in a way that violates anti-spam or harassment laws.
Respect Intellectual Property
Do not upload or distribute content that infringes or misappropriates another party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, disable payment tools, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated or when necessary to protect the platform or others.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe content, conduct, or activity on the platform violates these rules or applicable law, use the support or reporting channels that we make available on the platform so we can review the issue.
