Before you start
Open an editable document and decide which items you want to reuse.

Step by step
Open My Items
Use My Items for your available saved items. Select the relevant entries to add to the document.
Browse Brand Catalogs
Open Brand Catalogs and find a relevant product. Review the available low, medium, or high price selection where offered.
Refer to recent work
Use Recent Estimates when you want to reuse scope from a previous estimate. Check that the selected work matches the new job.
Adjust for this job
After adding items, review quantities, descriptions, costs, markup, and tax. Remove anything that does not apply.
What happens next
Reusable content gives you a starting point in the current document; you still need to price and describe the actual job.
