Step by step
Prepare reusable content
Review the sections and items you want to use again. Avoid carrying job-specific wording into a general-purpose template.
Save a template
Use Actions → Save as template when available. Give it a clear name that describes the work.
Use it on a document
Open Templates in the assistant rail and choose an appropriate available template. Review the result in the editor.
Customize the new job
Check the recipient, project, title, dates, scope, pricing, terms, and schedule before sharing.
What happens next
A template reduces repeated setup. It does not remove the need to review the details of each new estimate, invoice, or supported document.
